TO START A RETURN
To start a return we will first need your order number, this is the seven digit reference number located on your packing slip and order confirmation email.

Exchange on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. One exchange or return per order. We only accept returns and exchanges of products that are unworn, unused and unwashed with the tags attached.
If the item is deemed unreturnable, we are unable to accept it as a return, and will be the responsibility of the sender to have the item shipped back.
Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made products, final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on Last of Stock items, sale items, custom-made products, final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description.
Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

For Canadian Returns and Exchanges:
Returns are easy and fast. There are just a few quick steps to complete:
1. To start, please go to https://returns.mycurascrubs.com. Select the items you're looking to return or exchange and fill out the necessary details.
2. Ship the items back to us using a shipping bag and the return form provided during the return process.
Once your items are returned, you will receive email notification of your refund or new order (for exchanges). CURA Apparel only accepts exchanges in the event that the item received was not the same as the item ordered or the item ordered arrived in damaged condition. CURA Apparel offers complimentary shipping to send the new items to you! For returns/refunds ,please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return/Exchange items are expected to be shipped back to our facility in a timely manner, we are unable to process return/exchanges that are not received within 14 days of the receipt of this approval label.
For US/International Returns and Exchanges:
Returns are easy. There are just a few quick steps to complete:

2. Once your return request is submitted, our customer experience team will email you with next steps.
For US returns, you’ll see two labels — one that says “Canada Post” in the upper left hand corner, and an extra DHL label with your original tracking number that starts with GM. The “Canada Post” label is your prepaid label which will go OUTSIDE your package. Please be sure to write three things at the bottom of the prepaid label: your name, your address, and your original tracking number (the one found on the other DHL label that starts with GM) — we need this to process your return. Finally, please place the second DHL label INSIDE your package before sending. If you did not already receive the “Canada Post” prepaid shipping label, our customer experience team will email you the label within 48 hours once your return is submitted.
Once your items are returned to and processed at our warehouse, you'll be notified via email of your refund or new order (if it's an exchange).
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). Any items that are deemed "used" when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee, if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
